Often times delays due to errors or costly mistakes come about from those who don’t understand the contractual needs of specific documentation required in specific market areas. We as realtors are required to know and follow standards associated with real estate to avoid delays, errors, or misunderstandings. 


We realtors helps other clients buy houses, so we understand what improvements can be made to your home to help it sell quickly. Whether you need to paint, or stage your furniture differently. Understand, we see hundreds of houses, and we see and feel reactions of buyers and what they like and don’t like. Take our advice, it isn’t from us, it is from our experience with our clientele. 


We can walk into a house and step into the mind of a buyer’s agent. So generally we can anticipate what they may ask for, or what they are going to try to acknowledge. This is an asset when it comes to negotiation. We understand often times the WHY behind what they are asking for in a request to remedy or in an offer. This is a tremendous benefit to the seller and gives the seller a great negotiation power, especially in a hot market like we are in today. 


When we list a house, most of the time we have several people in mind that are interested in a house just like yours. We also talk to other realtors on a daily basis, who have hundreds of buyers waiting for the right house to come on the market. There is a good chance we, or someone we talk to, know someone who is going to be interested in your property.
